A breakthrough was made in 2004 for DJ, who began his mixing career in 2003. Later, he would create a Kentphonik in conjunction with DJ Kent. He began his radio career at YFM in 2004, mixing for radio shows there. Euphonik joined 5FM to conduct a few weekly shows after being signed by the Sound Candi record label in 2006. His Saturday program, Ultimix Weekend Edition, highlighted brand-new popular songs and mixes, while his second program was a Roger Goode show revival.

He was allowed to continue with his Sunday show, My House, after his Saturday show was canceled in 2014. Top tunes by DJs and musicians from around the world are played during the later show. He left 5FM in 2016 to present eUNITE on 947, where he now works.

Euphonik has traveled extensively throughout Africa for his infinite music show, stopping in big cities including Dubai, Spain, the United Kingdom, Miami, New York, and Ibiza. Traditionally, DJ-101, a one-day workshop, is held at Euphonik every year.
